- Develop accessibilities for people with disabilities : 26 houses and public places have been improved such as walkways and latrines to cater to their special needs.
- Self-Reliance : In 2014, 68 people with disabilities received training on livelihoods skills such as agriculture or repairing equipment, and create self-help group.
